We had an amazing stay at this hotel located on an island in a serene lake surrounded by hills. Our large, spotlessly clean room with a balcony offered breathtaking views of the nature around us. The hotel's facilities, from the gardens to the spa, were stunning and well-maintained. The staff were all extremely friendly, helpful and well-trained, creating a personal experience that made us feel cared for. The breakfast served was exceptional, and the chefs offered delicious local food. it was a rejuvenating and relaxing experience, made better by the hotel's location away from the tourist crowds.

The spa and wellness center was amazing, with a wide range of services and treatments available. We especially enjoyed the sauna and jacuzzi, which were perfect for relaxing after a busy day. The outdoor swimming pool and garden area were also wonderful, providing us with a beautiful and tranquil environment to unwind in.

The only minor issue we had was with the limited food options in the multi-cuisine restaurant, but with the room service option and the BBQ facilities available, this was easily overcome. our experience at this hotel was exceptional and we would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway.

The hotel's location is like a hidden gem, away from the noise and hustle of the city. We loved the boat ride to the hotel, which is situated on its own lake.
